  • Yes, you can transfer your ticket up to 3 hours before the event starts. To transfer your ticket, visit our ticketing website and sign in with the phone number used to purchase the ticket. Once you’re signed in, view your purchased tickets and click “Transfer Ticket.” Enter the email address of the person you want to transfer your ticket to.

  • To receive a ticket via transfer, you must create an account on the Apollo ID app using the same email address used that the ticket was sent to during the transfer. You can find the ticket in the “Events” tab, under “My Tickets.”

  • There are no refunds or exchanges for this event. All sales are final. You can transfer your ticket to a friend if you can no longer attend.

  • Doors open at 9pm.

  • The rideshare drop-off point is 2 52nd St, Brooklyn, NY 11232. For those taking public transportation, the nearest subway station is 53rd St on the R line, or 53rd St and 1st Ave on the B11 bus line.

  • There is no parking at the venue itself, but street parking is available on a first come, first serve basis.

  • Yes, coat check will be available for everyone. Cash or card will be accepted for coat check.

  • The age limit to purchase ISOxo and Knock2 tickets is 18+. All other shows have an age limit of 21+. VIP table service has a 21+ age limit for all 9 shows, including ISOxo and Knock2. You must present a valid physical ID at the door for entrance.

  • We cannot disclose set times as it is up to the artist's discretion. Look out for updates on instagram, at @theapollo_id and @ieg_world.

  • At present time, all New York State and New York City COVID-19 event restrictions and mandates have been lifted. We will continue to follow all local, state and federal mandates should something change.
